- Role of EVLTN Group
EVLTN Group will perform services with reasonable skill, care and diligence, while adhering to industry standards and best practices. All communication and decisions regarding this engagement will be handled through EVLTN Group’s designated representatives. EVLTN Group will collaborate with the client throughout the course of the project and may rely on the accuracy of documentation and directions provided by the client unless otherwise agreed.
In these Terms and Conditions, EVLTN Group means Evltn Pty Ltd ACN 676 598 655 and its related bodies corporate.
